Where hiring in Korea usually breaks

We take the parts that cost your senior team the most time.

UsuallyFairs and agencies abroad mean travel, fees and weeks of leadership time every winter.
With Teacher KoreaOne partner sources across overseas channels and educators already living in Korea, and brings you a shortlist.
UsuallyAccepted offers stall on visa paperwork, housing questions and arrival dates.
With Teacher KoreaDocument checklists, timelines and arrival plans start the day the offer is signed.
UsuallyA good hire leaves early because the move to Korea went badly.
With Teacher KoreaFirst-30-days support and 3-month check-ins are part of the engagement.

What your shortlist looks like

Candidates introduce themselves before you meet them.

Educators who allow discovery can add an intro card: a headline, three strengths and how they teach. You see it without name or contact details; those follow once the educator approves the introduction.

Questions from school leaders

Before you book

How much does it cost?

The hiring review is free. A partnership is a fixed annual fee agreed in writing before any work starts, based on the number and type of roles.

Do we have to use Teacher Korea exclusively?

No. Many schools keep an existing agency or fair. We agree which roles and channels we cover so candidates are not approached twice.

How do you handle candidate data?

Educator profiles are private. We share a candidate's details with your school only after that candidate agrees to the introduction.

Do you file visa applications?

No. We prepare the document checklist and timeline with your HR team. The application is filed by the school or its licensed agent.

Can you hire Korean staff too?

Yes. Admissions, administration and Korean-language roles can be part of the same plan.
